Cancellation policy

  • Private Yoga classes and Reiki sessions not rescheduled or canceled by the client at least 24 hours before the scheduled beginning of the service will be charged in full, without refund.

  • Discount class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 10-class passes are valid for 6 months, and 5-class passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Some courses and services may be non-refundable – in which case, this information, as well as specific conditions (such as the possibility of rescheduling) will be clearly stated.


If at any time during a Yoga class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture and ask for the teacher’s support. You may rest at any time during the class. It is essential that you always listen to your body and respect its limits.

By booking and participating in Yoga classes, Reiki sessions and all other programs and events with Isabela Alzuguir, you (the client) understand and agree that:

  • The teacher/Reiki practitioner is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings;

  • Neither Yoga nor Reiki are substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment;

  • With regards to Yoga, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even severe or disabling, cannot be eliminated;

  • You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any physical activity program, including Yoga;

  • You are not aware of medical conditions that would prevent you from attending group or private sessions, and you take responsibility for any injury that may occur as a result of your participation;

  • You must notify the teacher/Reiki practitioner of any serious illness or injury before each session;

  • You shall not perform any exercise to the extent of strain or pain;

  • If you are pregnant, post-natal, or post-surgical, your attendance confirms that you have your physician’s approval to participate in the sessions;

  • Neither the teacher/Reiki practitioner nor the hosting facility are liable for injuries or damages (to person or property) resulting from the session.
