Yoga Fundamentals for Beginners and Refreshers
A 3-class series designed for those who are new to Yoga or who would like to brush up on their foundations, doing a deeper dive into essential aspects of the practice. We will debunk the idea that Yoga is only for people with a certain level of flexibility, and you will see (and experience) that Yoga is a holistic system for liberation that we can all benefit from!
Classes will cover:
Benefits and practice of Pranayamas (breath control exercises);
How to use Bandhas (body locks) to assist your practice;
Foundational Yoga shapes (Asanas, or postures);
